I get a desperate call from my mother...she can't log in to her computer. This is the second call from her today; the first time, the Internet was down. I installed Firefox on her computer as IE-7 kept crashing (Firefox works perfectly). Anyway, earlier she lost her Internet connection briefly. I had her reboot, and all was well.

But this was different. What could be wrong, I wondered. "Is the "CAPS LOCK" light on?" I ask. It was. Problem solved.

Well, the real world continues...I have more tax returns all week, but I am catching up. I'm probably just four days behind...but I was seven last week. I'll probably catch up by the end of next weekend.

However, this week has no breaks at all. No hockey, nothing but work. It could be worse; Congress shows no interest in scrapping our ridiculous Tax Code and coming up with something that makes sense...I'm sure I have lifetime employment.
